Initiating positive change in the lives of others often starts with small gestures of kindness and compassion, which can create a ripple effect and bring about significant transformations. Every act of kindness, no matter how seemingly minor, holds the potential to make a profound difference. While there are numerous ways to contribute to the lives of others, here are three stories of people who made an impact through acts of kindness:
What 7 Well brought up 6th Grade Boys did for a waitress

I had 7, 6th-grade boys come in while I was working and they wanted to order wings. They asked if they had enough money to cover 40 wings and pops. I looked around confused- wondering where their parents were.
I asked if they were alone and they said yes and we’ve been looking forward to this for weeks! They were so excited and were EXTREMELY polite the whole time, using “Please” and “Thank you” and trying to make it as easy as possible for me to get their order; they even told me they’d tip well.
It was touching to see how much the children were trying to behave well, even when there were no parents around to scold them. One of the boys even asked his friend to get off the phone while I was talking to them!
They were so good that a neighboring customer ended up picking up their tab and telling them to pay it forward! I just wanted to give big props to the parents of these boys- keep doing what you’re doing!!
Pictured is how they left the table! Even grown adults (myself included) rarely leave the table this clean!”

Husband’s tribute to his brave wife’s determination while fighting fatigue in between chemo rounds

This was my beautiful wife this past January getting ready to go in to take her exam for Chief Petty Officer. She was in between chemo rounds, and fighting fatigue, chemo sickness, and chemo brain. When she got home and I asked her how she did, she said “I prayed my way through the exam so it’s all in God’s hands.”
Today, the Navy publicly released the advancement results for Chief Petty Officer and she was selected! For those of you who don’t know, being selected for Chief is a huge milestone in her career. I am SO proud of her!
This year has been a tough one for her, but she never stopped fighting. She always relied on her faith. She never gave up. She is a true FIGHTER.
Congratulations, Chief Select. I’m proud of you and I love you!

A Police Officer who breastfeeds an abandoned baby is called in by her boss

The hospital staff told Celeste Ayala that the baby was starving because his mother couldn’t afford to feed him, and he had five older siblings.
Without worrying about her police uniform, she took the baby in her arms and unbuttoned her shirt to breastfeed him.
While Ayala breastfed the baby without thinking twice, even after the staff told her he was “dirty,” her colleague took a picture of her and posted it on Facebook, making it go viral.
Once the news reached higher authorities, Ayala’s boss called her into his office.
During the meeting, Ayala’s boss told her of the promotion she earned after going the extra mile while on duty by breastfeeding the baby.
“That’s the type of police we’re proud of, the police we want.”
