[dropcap]G[/dropcap]od is waiting for you to come out of the wilderness and leap out of your comfort zone. This is no time to continue drilling in your head the ‘what if’s.’
My daughter was telling me yesterday that a young lady was telling her that her mother was paranoid and extremely fearful because she fears the same fate of her own mother, who died when she was 47 of an incurable disease. All these years she has become increasingly more agitated and fearful as she expects the same thing that happened to her mom, will happen to her as well. Does that sound familiar? Have you met someone like this? All they can say is negative and fearful.
Years ago, (at least 15 years ago) I was diagnosed with the same disease as this lady I just mentioned. The doctors said it was incurable and that I would have to take medications for life. To be honest, it felt like the end of the good life and a downhill situation. After the agony of the first year, I came to the realization that if I didn’t do something drastic, I would be doomed to a mediocre lifestyle or early death. I decided to take God at His Word. For years after that, I daily confessed God’s Word, by choosing healing scriptures and confessing them every day. I followed this regimen with a complete overhaul of my eating habits and my thought patterns. I took specific vitamins and supplements to boost my immune system and ate as healthy as I could.
My words became very important. I stopped talking negative and began a campaign of watching everything I said. My whole vocabulary changed. I became a positive talker and thinker. Today, I feel great! According to the doctors, I am not completely well, but according to the Word of God, I am!
My pursue of God has become a passion, a must. an urgency, a priority. In return, I feel fulfilled, I enjoy the best of everything! I have a wonderful positive family. My husband calls me a blessing. Taking a leap of faith is just that a leap! It means trusting God even when you don’t know or see how an adverse situation can become a good situation.
These are difficult times and only the violent will take it by force. That means violent in faith and the pursue of God Almighty. It means believing God even though you don’t see a way out. It means declaring with your mouth that you have what the Word says you have. It means to forcefully resist the enemy by declaring the Word of God. It means not being moved by negative news, the stock market, the economy and the storms of life.
Today I challenge you to pursue God with all your heart. Things are shifting and many changes will soon confront our lifestyle. But be assured, God never changes and He has great and awesome plans for you. Take a leap of faith today! Challenge your enemies and your own negative thoughts!
