“Thankfully & Perfectly Expectant!”
First day of a new month, first day of the first month in the second half of the year, first day of the second half of the year, first day of the third quarter of the year … “first” of many season markers …
… but importantly first, let us bow down in thanks to the Creator of times and seasons, Yahweh God, Who has allowed you and I to transcend from January through to July with their challenges, successes, and in-betweens bringing us to this time …
… let us thank God, Who so Graciously freely Gifted you and I with His Love by the Saving Grace of His Son Jesus Christ who was Sacrificed on the Cross of Calvary to free all mankind from our sins and make us pure before God. Regardless of what the first half of the year looked like for you and yours let us thank God in advance for every second, minute, hour, day, week, and month of this season you and I enter into today, because …
… “ … we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them.”
So as God already has a plan for you for this month/second half of the year, in this seventh month, “seven” denoting “perfection” in biblical numerology, “Love Came Down” invites you to to amidst your thanksgiving, declare this reminder to God every day of this month saying as King David did;
“You keep every promise you’ve ever made to me! Since your love for me is constant and endless, I ask you, Lord, to finish every good thing that you’ve begun in me!”
The New King James Version says:
“The Lord will perfect that which concerns me; Your mercy, O Lord, endures forever; Do not forsake the works of Your hands.”
… and expectantly claim this testimony of Paul and Barnabas where Luke writes:
“Everyone became silent and listened carefully as Paul and Barnabas shared with the council at length about the signs and wonders and miracles God had worked through them …”
Will you trust God and be thankful regardless, being expectant of His signs and wonders to be birthed in, with, and through you if/as you follow His plans?

Abba Father, thank You for Salvation through the Gift of Your Son Jesus Christ. Lord, on this day of many “firsts,” I lay my life down in total surrender to You and Your plans for me … Holy Spirit, help me to be thankful and ceaselessly expectant of the fulfillment of God’s perfect plans for me, mine and all those who read this article, in every area of our lives, in Jesus name I pray, amen.
Prayer For Acceptance of God’s Salvation Plan:
Father Lord God, I repent of my sins, I believe Jesus Christ is Your Son sacrificed for my sins, I receive your forgiveness through His sacrifice on the Cross of Calvary and accept the fullness of Your Love for me, in Jesus name I pray, amen.
