Panic has become the byword as the world tries to prepare for the onslaught of the coronavirus. Stores are being stripped of food worldwide, cruise ships are being held off shore while passengers are being checked for the virus. Scientists are looking for a vaccine to treat the world population as soon as humanly possible.

    Virus Mutated

The Center for Disease Control believes the corona-virus has mutated from the S strain into the L strain. The L strain has been observed to be more aggressive on the attack on the body, spreads faster, and has manifesting properties that is deadlier with a higher mortality rate.

The S strain of the corona-virus is like a mild form of the flu having symptoms like fever, coughing, vomiting, and does not spread as fast. It is not as deadly as the L strain.

    Vitamin C Infusion Therapy

China is looking at Vitamin C infusion therapy as a treatment while the official death rate rises to 3.4%. A New Zealand research report proved that Vitamin C has been shown to have anti-viral, anti-inflammatory properties while being a very strong antioxidant. Patients with corona-virus in critical condition have been given as much as 3,000 milligrams intravenously of the vitamin a day.

Taking Vitamin C from your local health food store or other markets will build and support your immune system with high levels of antioxidants that can help fend off infections.

The elderly, heavy smokers, and chemo patients show compromised immune systems in a large percentage. These would be the most likely to die during a pandemic. In order for you to be optimized against infection from the corona-virus health experts advise to armor yourself with these other two supplements in order to help fend off the virus.

    Elderberry

Elderberry tablets and syrup for adults and children are one of the best ways to optimize your immune system. Elderberry is produced and sold in almost all of the world’s markets. The best Elderberry include Vitamin C + Zinc and comes from the European black Elderberry. It has been used for years as a seasonal winter remedy to support the immune system.

    Spirulina

Spirulina is another antioxidant containing minerals, vitamins and high levels of protein that provides excellent support. This super food comes from blue-green algae also containing iron, beta carotene, Vitamin K, B-12 along with chlorophyll. It is excellent for an energy boost, building your immune system and works best in its purest form. It can be bought in any health food store.

    Summary

In review we know that individuals with weak immune systems are easily infected. So far there are two strains of the corona-virus L and S with L being the most deadly, most contagious, and causes killer pneumonia. These are three of the best supplements that can be taken to support you to help fend off infections: Vitamin C, Elderberry, and Spirulina.

    Conclusion

It is easy to see health specialists need to get a grip on this contagion. In the interim, however, the public needs to build then support their own immune system with health supplements before they are infected. It is better to spend a little on protection then spend a lot after you are hospitalized.
