    Here are 3 flavorful low-carb grill recipes ready in 30 minutes or less:

    Lime Grilled Tuna

    Ready in 30 minutes

    What you need:

    • 4 1-inch thick albacore tuna steaks
    • 1 lime, juiced
    • 1/2 cup hickory wood chips, soaked
    • Salt and ground black pepper to taste

    Combine tuna and olive oil in a large re-sealable plastic bag. Seal and refrigerate for 15 to 20 minutes. Pre-heat grill to high and scatter wood chips over hot coals for extra flavor. When ready, cook tuna steaks for 5 minutes per side. Transfer fish to a serving platter and drizzle with fresh lime juice before serving.

     

    Classic Grilled Zucchini

    What you need:

    • 3 zucchinis, sliced lengthwise into 1/4-inch thick pieces
    • 1 tablespoon olive oil
    • 1 tablespoon grill seasoning

    Drizzle both sides of each zucchini piece with olive oil and grill seasoning. Place zucchini slices on a grill pan and cook on a pre-heated grill over medium-high heat for 3 to 4 minutes per side or until tender. Serve as a side for grilled meat or with a dip of your choice.

     

    Honey-Lemon Barbecue Chicken

    Ready in 30 minutes

    What you need:

    • 1 3/4 kg. chicken drumsticks and thighs
    • 2 cups Italian salad dressing
    • 1/3 cup honey
    • 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
    • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
    • 2 teaspoons paprika

    In a large re-sealable plastic bag, mix together Italian salad dressing, honey, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and paprika. Reserve 1/2 cup of the marinade for grilling. Shake bag until all ingredients are well-combined. Place chicken in the bag and coat with marinade. Seal and refrigerate for 15 minutes. When ready, remove chicken pieces from the bag and place on a large sheet of heavy duty aluminum foil.

    Discard excess marinade. Make drainage holes in the foil using a fork. Cook chicken on a pre-heated grill over high heat and for 5 minutes per side or to desired doneness. Baste chicken pieces with reserved marinade during the last few minutes of grilling. Allow to cool before serving.
